The AMAKS Ershovo Gym is a spacious 240 m2 sports ground equipped with modern exercise equipment and fitness equipment. The hall is located on the 3rd floor of the Cultural and Sports Complex.

A powerful strength base and cardio zone have been created here: treadmills, ellipsoids, exercise bikes and other equipment will help develop endurance. And for dynamic workouts and working with your own weight, the gym has everything you need: kettlebells, steps, gym mats and fitballs.

The gym is open to adults and children over the age of 14. Children from 14 to 16 years old can only attend the gym if accompanied by a parent or other legal representative.

Modern equipment and comfortable conditions

At the guests' disposal:

more than 20 simulators for working out all muscle groups;
professional fitness equipment — steps, gym mats, fitballs, and more;
the zone of functional training and strength training.

It offers changing rooms, showers, relaxation rooms and saunas. Thanks to this, you can practice sports in a comfortable environment without being distracted from the details.

What to take to the gym:

To make the workout comfortable, we recommend that you take:

sportswear;
a change of shoes.

These simple rules will help to keep the cleanliness and comfort for all the guests of the complex.

Operating mode

From 09:00 to 21:00 (during the rental period);
Visitors who arrive no later than 20:45 are allowed to attend the last session.;

The gym can be rented. You can check the rental time with the administrator of the cultural and sports complex.

Cost:

One-time visit for guests with accommodation, 1 hour/day	free
One-time visit for guests without accommodation, 1 hour	400 rubles
Gym rental, 1 hour	4,500 Rubles

When purchasing a ticket, access to the gym is provided free of charge (you must have a guest card with you).
